We also work in close partnership with a leading Japanese die manufacturer and we have assembled a team in charge of collecting and analyzing extrusion die data and customer feedback to optimize our design and production performance.

It also allows us to maximize product precision and ensure stable product quality through standardized and mechanized production. According to your drawings and specific requirements, our design team can provide modification advice, involving extrusion speed, die size, service life and more. Any modifications are documented and stored in our records.

Since our inception, we have established and maintained long-term relationships with local and international suppliers. Our main raw materials come from Germany, Japan, and Sweden. They provide us with high quality steel and inspection reports. Our experienced operators can then utilize the in-house precision inspection equipment to catch errors earlier in the process and effectively minimize the rejection rate.
