In addition, we have also increased our manufacturing capacity largely thanks to our investment in advanced production equipment. Since 1992, Xingshun has been a go-to source for the manufacturing of quality custom extrusion dies. In addition to these outstanding dies, we also provide extrusion components, including extrusion stems, extrusion containers, and fixed dummy blocks. Thanks to hard work, superior quality, and intimate service, we have expanded our production operation with 4 factories, considerably increasing our output potential. Today, we provide 8,000 sets of extrusion dies per month. The size range of these dies can reach up to Φ1,500mm and they can be utilized for up to 12,000-ton extruding machines. Our factories are located in Guangdong Province, Liaoning Province, and Sichuan Province, giving us excellent logistical advantages to deliver your products in a timely manner.

We are an ISO9001 certified quality driven company. Our professional team maintains strict control over every step of our die manufacturing process, ranging from raw material incoming inspection to finished extrusion die examination. Our raw material suppliers are world class as we import steel from Germany, Japan and Sweden. They offer quality steel batches complete with inspection reports. During and after production we utilize advanced inspection machines to ensure the quality of each die, making sure they are of the desired shape, hardness, surface finish and more.

In February 2017, Xingshun reached an agreement with a famous Japanese die maker in which they would provide technical guidance as we convert our operations to a standardized, systematic extrusion die process. They would be assisting us in design, on-site manufacturing, production line construction, management, and die correcting.
