Xingshun owns and operates 4 manufacturing facilities and we employ more than 300 highly trained workers to produce our high performance extrusion dies. To optimize die performance, we have purchased and installed a series of high precision manufacturing equipment for 4 factories, including 17 CNC lathes, 50 CNC machining centers, 25 low speed wire electrical discharge machining (EDM) machines, 48 EDM machines and 2 vacuum quenching furnaces. Today, our company provides 8,000 sets of extrusion dies per month. The range of sizes of our dies is wide with a maximum diameter up to 1.5m. These extrusion dies are compatible with up to 12,000-ton extruding machines.
Extrusion dies are commonly made of steel and ours are no exception. For the optimal performance of these products, we import German 1.2344, Japanese SKD61, and Swedish 8407 and H13 steels from our trusted suppliers. They provide us with inspection reports to demonstrate their excellent quality. If you require additional inspection data, feel free to contact us.
Our advanced manufacturing equipment guarantees the durability and efficient production performance of the custom extrusion dies.
In headquarter factory, there are 7 CNC lathes available for standardized production. They can precisely process extrusion dies with desired outer diameter, shape, thickness and more.
We own 25 CNC machining centers available for the fabrication of custom dies in headquarter factory. The CNC machines centers provide strong machining capabilities, including but not limited to drilling, milling, turning, tapping, boring, notching and reaming. The manufacturing tolerances can be as small as ± 0.015mm.
Our 12 low speed wire EDM machines in headquarter factory can be incorporated with an AFM automatic lapping and polishing machine to produce accurate extrusion dies with special high performance surface. They reduce the manual polishing work and improve the dimensional tolerance. Today, the machining accuracy can reach± 0.005mm and the surface roughness ranges from 0.05 to 0.8μm.
The CNC gantry machining center can be utilized for large-sized extrusion dies.
The EDM machines use electrical charges occurring between two electrodes to erode the workpiece and form a desired final size, shape and surface.
According to the specific material and size of extrusion die, our team can adjust the quenching process and tempering times for high, uniform hardness.
